Meet Oyuna — a passionate yoga and fitness professional with a remarkable background in performance arts and acrobatics. As a Master of Sports in gymnastics and an honored Artist of Culture of Mongolia, Oyuna has performed and taught across five continents, sharing her strength, grace, and deep dedication to movement.

Trained at the Mongolian National Circus School in five acrobatic disciplines, she toured the world as a professional performer and later served as both an instructor and artist in prestigious circus productions. Over the past years, she has devoted herself to the healing and empowering practice of yoga and fitness, blending the discipline of gymnastics with the mindfulness of yoga.

Oyuna now leads invigorating classes that bring out the best in her students — combining strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Her unique journey makes her approach both inspiring and transformative.

I offer yoga, strength-based fitness, mobility training, and personalized private sessions. Classes are designed for all levels — from beginners to advanced movers.

Not at all! My sessions are beginner-friendly and I always provide modifications. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll find a safe space to grow and challenge yourself.

I currently teach in-person sessions in the Washington, D.C. area, and also offer online training upon request. You can sign up via the contact form or message me directly on social media.
